I've visited this salon a number of times when i lived in Miramar and even made the trip from Miami Lakes recently but the last couple of times I've been its not been good. Went for acrylics just before Christmas and the guy who done my nails made a real mess of them. I had red polish on my nails when I arrived and he just applied gel over the red at my cuticles even after I asked for it to be removed so now I look like I'm bleeding from cuticles. Nails are bulky, wide and uneven and after I reached out to the salon to complain they completely ignored my message and the pictures I had sent. Had to go to another nail tech to fix my nails so it turned into $150+ for one set of Christmas nails. Won't be back there are much better nail salons in the area.

UPDATES: from my horrible experience at this place. So the next day, I had to go to the Doctor due to pain and burning in my foot. The technician burned me with the hot towel. Please see the pictures. Also, my manicure lasted a day. There is no nail polish left on my nails 😢. What a rip-off this place is. I did not want to write it again, but this wasted my money. Horrible experience! Worse, $60.00 expend on nails. I will not be returning here. Not even an apology. The manager was very arrogant, saying he does the best nails! I went in with perfect toenails shape. The girl messed up my pedicure. Then the manager tries to fix them. However, it was too late. She had cut them a weird and uneven shape. This was not the relaxation time I wanted. Please see my Google review for pictures of my disgusting pedicure. Do these toenails look done (finished)?

I went 6 days ago for gel manicure and regular pedicure. I really liked my nails. I showed the technician how I wanted them designed and he did it exactly as I wanted it. Unfortunately, my nails started to scratch up with less than a week, and usually my gel lasts for 20-23 days long... he was really nice and the salon was clean with great atmosphere., but I would suggest to work with better materials because it was $80 and I expected better quality.

Horrible job, lots of glue on my skin and the paint doesn’t even look finished. This lady was chatting the whole time with the coworkers and not once asked if I liked my nails. Obviously not much concentration on my nails. I will never go back. Worst $62 spent on my hard earned money .

I really wanted to like this salon but I unfortunately I cannot. I already gave this establishment a chance after being chased down for not paying when it clearly showed the money was taken out of my account(there seemed to be an issue with their payment processing) and DID NOT apologize but now I have an issue with the service. Don’t get me wrong, the salon is BEAUTIFUL and I love the fact that I can always get an appointment but my nails are terrible. I got a gel x manicure on the 18th by the 27th they started to come off. I also have a few lifting. I’m a Director of a medical facility so my nails are not put through the “ringer”. I’m so upset by the quality and not sure if I want to revisit this salon. $120 for this and a BASIC gel pedicure. I thought I found my “home” after receiving terrible service from previous salons. I’m at the point of doing my own nails.

I love this place it clean and beautiful they have alot of different powders and polishes. The guy Eric does a great job I love my nails!! Will be going back!!

I've been here a couple of times and have received good service. However, it is somewhat pricey. I'm revising this review. Had a pedicure with a tech that was available and the work was subpar. I will make sure to schedule with one of the more experienced technicians going forward.
